• All Sales are Final: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, change in personal circumstances, event cancellation, date or time changes, poor weather, or dissatisfaction with the event.
• Event Held Rain or Shine: This event will take place regardless of weather conditions. No refunds will be issued due to weather.
• No Ticket Reselling or Transfer: Tickets purchased for this event cannot be re-sold, transferred, or exchanged. Any attempt to do so will result in the ticket being voided without refund.
• Age Restrictions: This is an all-ages event. However, all minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Proof of age may be required.
• Photography and Videography Consent: By attending this event, you consent to be photographed and videotaped. You agree that the event organizer, its affiliates, and their respective representatives may use such photographs and videos for promotional purposes without any compensation to you. You waive any rights to claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, television broadcasting, or other publication of these materials.
